A Note From The Owner:

I've been called a gym junkie, a magician, a trainer extraordinaire, a life saver and a badass!

4 of those are accurate... ah who am I kidding , they're all accurate.

I get what it's like to struggle staying in shape while taking care of a kid and stressing over deadlines. Before opening a gym, I worked for J.P. Morgan. I was working long hours, traveling and going to business dinners that always included cheesy steak-house potatoes with a glass of wine to wash it down🤤. One of my biggest achievement's during that time was finishing "Bub's big ugly burger" featured on man vs. food at a business lunch! Why couldn't I lose weight? I mean yea the burger, but I did eat salad for lunch every day (mostly) 😇. And I worked out like crazy 6 times per week (for almost a whole month!).

I know how hard to keep weight off in the modern world. When I said enough is enough and decided to get in shape for good, I knew I needed a new approach. Trying to make up for binging on burgers by getting a gym membership in January (that I only used for 1 month) wasn't working. I didn't enjoy working out, I had no clue how to really eat healthy (hint healthy food shouldn't suck) and my time was extremely limited. It wasn't easy to figure it out, but through years of trial and error I came up with 6 training principles that made working out fun, sustainable and effective. I work hard but I found balance between exercise, diet and fun. So, whether its deadlifting dumbells or lifting a glass of wine to cheers I got you covered!
